Expecto Patronum-Defence against your saddest moments

As I was watching again my favourite Harry Potter series, a thought came to me which I never thought before. You must know (if you are a Harry Potter fan like me) expecto patronum -

A spell to fight Dementors (some magical creatures which suck all the happiness from your soul and make you feel miserable) What you have to do to cast this spell powerfully is to think of Your Most Happiest Moments of Life , and say expecto patronum! (with a wave of your wand of course) and some form of lightning Animal is conjured from the wand which drives away dementors and bring back happy feelings to your life.

Now think for a moment, aren't the sad moments or the moments when you are depressed same as dementors? We feel miserable at those moments, it seems all the bad things are happening to us and there is no hope!

But in reality as bright sun rises after each dark night, our difficult times also pass and good moments come back. But what we need to teach our mind is to defend against those sad and miserable moments, because being happy always is our birth-right! isn't it?

So let's practice Expecto Patronum to fight our difficult times. For this what you should do is to write down in a paper all the happiest moments or memories of your life and go through them as frequently as possible. Keep the paper with you all time(it's your wand!) Whenever you start feeling sad, depressed or down; just open the paper and read it again and again and keep reminding yourself of all the good experiences you are blessed to have.

I will not say you can master this very easily, but if it gives you peace and happiness, isn't it worth learning?

Now share with me and others all the happy moments of your life(I know I know there are some too personal ones like your first kiss!lol! You don't have to share that.Ha ha!) , I promise you will feel great!
