Is it possible to become a boxing champion without being hit? It's not! Then why do we expect to live life without all it's challenges? Why do we want to be successful walking on a smooth path? Shouldn't we be more mature about living our life or rather I should say living our best life?
A very few person can live peacefully because they become too much troubled facing life's challenges. They become depressed when they encounter failure, they become shattered when they encounter heartbreak. They got tensed when they got ill.
A simple question for all those people, how many people do you know who has everything good in life, who never faced any challenges or failures or heartbreaks? I doubt you can find a single person like that!
So what's the point in being troubled ? Take all these ups and downs as the necessary part of Life. Learn from nature-After every dark night, sun rises and the world become flooded with light. So day and night are obvious part of nature and so is good time and bad time in our life. The sooner we understand better peacefully we can live.
As written by Deepak Chopra in his book The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success practice Non-judgement! Stop interpreting events as good or bad, just experience it.
